Blackberries

Bowl of Blackberries that Mommy picked and I kept devouring

Gimme a blackberry....Please!
 My Blackberry face!
This morning I went blackberry picking with Mommy. She picked them, while I ate 'em up. I'm glad I'm still too young to pick, because I saw how many times Mommy got attacked by the sticker bushes. They were vicious... but the black berries were delicious!

I conquer the slides!
WhooHoo!
My favorite things to do at the park.....SWING high and go down SLIDES fast!!!! Mommy found a new park by our house that I love and that we can walk to - Teasdale Park. Hoping to get a group of my friends together soon and meet up there!

Dance Moves

I've never posted a video on my blog before until now... This video was taken of me last month at my Daddy's 30th birthday party. I thought I would end the night with a couple dance moves. The ladies sure liked it!

Community Group

Our last Community Group meeting
with the Arnold Family as hosts

Reminiscing photos of the Arnolds and me.
Isn't Rachel pretty?

Rachel told me I needed to hold onto something
other than her sister Kara's leg....Oops.

Ethan playing ball with me

Ethan helping me down a step.
I hope that we can still hang out even though
he's moving so far away.
I'm feeling sad. My friends Ethan, Rachel and Kara Arnold have been hosting our church's Fairwood Community Group at their house for a long time. This weekend however, they are moving far far away - all the way to the Renton Highlands! I'm super bummed because now I won't get to see them every Wed. night. I hope they stay in touch and don't forget about me. =(

Bouncy House

Princess Grace - Birthday Bounce House

Bouncing around!
My friend Grace turned 3 and her parents rented a Princess Bouncy House for her birthday party. It was my first time in a bouncy house and I LOVED it. I spent almost the entire time at her party jumping around. I told Mommy and Daddy that I want them to rent one for my 2nd birthday party, preferably a monster or fire truck bouncy house....

Baking

Call me Mr. Baker

I have to test the dry ingredients to make sure
I sifted it enough.

Making sure the zucchini is fresh
I am learning how to bake! Mommy bought me my own apron and we tackled making zucchini bread together. She showed me how to mix the ingredients and shred the zucchini. It was so much fun I threw a fit when Mommy said I had to stop sifting the dry ingredients. Our bread turned out delish despite me eating a chunk of the zucchini. Here's the recipe if you'd like to make it yourself. Happy Baking!

p.s Baking tip: After shredding the zucchini, blot it with a paper towel in order to get out all the moisture.

Loving me some sour cream!

My new love: sour cream

Mommy let me lick the spoon. I was so excited!
I think I may have a new love: sour cream. Mommy introduced it to me the other night when she served me nachos. It was supposed to be for me to dip my chips in, but after the first taste I couldn't help but eat it solo by the handfuls....

Guitar

So thrilled to receive my first guitar!

Rocking out...Oh YeaH!
Whenever Mommy pulls out her Gibson guitar to play, I always want to touch the strings and make music of my own. Last weekend she bought me my own Little Tykes guitar! I was stoked to finally be able to jam like a musician. I play snippets of cool songs like " Crazy Little Thing Called Love" by Queen, "All-Star" by Smashmouth, "Message in a Bottle" by The Police, "Wild Thing" by the Troggs, and "Love Shack" by the B-52's.  I hope to perform a concert the next time Mommy and Daddy have friends over!

50th Blog Post

Mommy wrote "Thank You" and I colored the rest of it.
I want to thank all of my followers! This is my 50th blog post since I began documenting my life journey online. It has been an exciting and eventful past year and I'm thankful to all of you for taking time out of your life to read about my adventures. Looking forward to sharing many more milestones and crazy times with you all! Cheers!
