Daddy's 30th Birthday Party!

Toasting with my sippy cup!
Dancing with two older women, Mallory and Becky

Danced with Mommy and Daddy too!
Shakin' it with the ladies!
My Daddy turned the BIG 3-0!!! To celebrate his milestone, Mommy threw a wine and cheese tasting party at our home. They said I couldn't attend because I was too little.  I was bummed, but got to play at my friends house instead. When it was time for me to go home I was hoping that the party would still be going, so I could crash it.  Sure enough, it was still hoppin!  The party went late into the night so I got to dance with two hot women, eat cheese and crackers and do a toast with my sippy cup. My Daddy's birthday party rocked the house. Happy 30th Birthday Daddy!

Haircut

Are you serious? I'm getting my first haircut?
I think Mommy is pulling a prank on me. There's no way
she would really want my stylish locks cut off...
Please no! Don't cut my hair!
I promise I won't stick food in my hair ever again!
Really, Mommy! Please don't let her cut my hair!
Not cool. So not happy.
Goodbye hair....
Hmmmm...I'm actually starting to like this
How much did Candice cut off?!
Before Haircut
After Haircut
Wow. It actually looks way better than before. Thanks Candice!
I recently started taking my food and sticking it behind my ears and in my hair to help it disappear faster on my plate. Mommy started getting really annoyed and one day threatened to give me my first haircut if I didn't stop. (She told me that it wasn't a threat, but a promise) I decided to test her... little did I know that she would actually go through with it. I was not happy at first, but by the end of the haircut I realized I needed to accept it. Life lesson learned...The hardest part about growing up is letting go of what you were used to, and moving on with something you’re not. That, and don't ever test Mommy!

Lifting Weights

Trying to figure this out
Wow. These are waaaay heavier than I thought.
My Daddy is really really strong. He lifts weights and can pick me up and toss me on the bed with no problem! I want to be just like him. The other morning I snuck into his office and tried lifting his weights. Couldn't quite get the hang of it. They are SO heavy! Mommy said it will be awhile until I can pick them up and encouraged me to drink milk. She said, "milk does a body good!". I sure hope so because I drink a lot of it...

Seattle Children's Museum

I know you are supposed to go down slides, but I think it's more fun to climb them

Was trying to tell Adam that I wanted to climb it,
but he said slides are for sliding down.
I guess you could call me a rebel. I like to break the rules, especially when it comes to slides and climbing up them. The slides at the Seattle Children's Museum were no exception. My buddy Adam and I went to the Seattle Children's Museum last week. We had a great time and I was pretty upset when Mommy said we had to leave. I didn't even get to see everything! Hoping we can go back soon and see the rest of it.

My time equals playtime

After being couped up in a bike trailer for 13 miles, a highchair at Starbucks and my carseat, mommy and daddy FINALLY let me have some fun of my own at Jones Park in Renton. Woohoo!

Tee Pee the House

Oh yes I did. I tee peed the bathroom and hallway!
Mommy's friends came for a visit  and didn't realize that Mommy puts the toilet paper on the bathroom counter for a reason. While Mommy was cooking, I seized my opportunity! I was pretty proud of myself....just wished there had been more toilet paper on the roll when I unrolled it!
