Aftermath

Outside with Daddy watching the clean up take place
after the huge snow storm

Cutting down one of the trees in our condo complex
Met all the workers afterwards
and  got to touch the equipment they used

Daddy worked hard helping our neighbors stay safe and warm during the snow storm.
Several trees fell down outside our condo so
Daddy took his chainsaw and helped cut them up. After the storm died down
the condo association had people come and cut down a couple trees that looked sketchy.
It was fun watching the workers clean up the place and see the wood chipper at work!

Snow Storm

Ice Ice Baby....

This will definitely be a storm that we will all remember

Tree that fell right outside our condo

These trees fell blocking the main entryway out of our condo complex

I was pretty excited when Mommy told me we had lost power
She was less than thrilled...

Come on Mommy.... break out the candles!

Our neighbor let us borrow an emergency radio which I thought
was pretty cool

Wait, what do you mean I can't watch Baby Einstein???
I want the power back on!!!

This snow and ice storm will not easily be forgotten. Freezing temperatures, 6 to 12 inches of snow in many places, and over 100,000 people without power for several days. At first I was thrilled when Mommy said we didn't have electricity and would need to break out the candles. That was until I realized we couldn't watch my favorite show or listen to my favorite CD. I was battling a bad cold at the time so I was not a happy camper. Thankfully we were only out of power for a day and a half and I survived by keeping Mommy on her toes!

Frosty The Snowman hanging out inside!

Daddy dumping gallons of snow into my bathtub!

Thanks Daddy for bringing the snow inside!

Oh Boy...Snow!!!!

NOT liking my mittens
I want to play with the snow with my bare hands

Puhlease.....take them off?!?!?

Making Frosty with Daddy!

Frosty can wear my hat and mittens!!

Mommy and I reading the book, Frosty the Snowman!

Frosty the Snowman

Let's put him out on the deck now so he doesn't melt

TaDa!

I have been battling a really bad cold all week and wasn't able to enjoy the snow outside. Mommy got the great idea to bring the snow inside so I could enjoy it while being warm and toasty. Daddy lugged  25 gallons of snow into the house and dumped it into my bathtub. We then made Frosty the Snowman and read the book. It was definitely a new and fun adventure!

Godfather

My Godfather Aaron and me

Watching Veggie Tales together!

I was thrilled when I woke up from my nap and found my Godparents at my house. They live in Spokane so I only get to hang out with them a couple times a year. I ran right up to Aaron and gave him a big hug. I had lots of fun playing with him and enjoyed watching Veggie Tales together.

Christmas Lights

Sooooo excited to be checking out Christmas Lights

Let there be light!!

I can't wait for next year!

Mommy and Daddy started a new family tradition this year - checking out homes decorated with thousands of lights. This year our friends' Stacy and Cory joined us and they took us to Redondo-Marine Hills to check a neighborhood known to go all out. It was epic and I've never had so much fun driving in a car! There was so much to look at!!! Afterwards we stopped off at McDonalds and  I split an ice cream cone with Mommy. It was a very fun night!

First Field Trip

Can you guess by my jacket where I went on
my first field trip?!?!?

My turn, my turn!

Checking out all the gear, supplies, and equipment

I was all smiles until the Fireman told us we
had to get out...

Pretending to be firemen on a rescue mission

Caleb and I posing in front of the firetruck.
I think we would make a great team.

I was thrilled when Mommy told me I would be going on my first field trip and it would be to the Fire Station!! I had to make sure I wore my Fireman raincoat while I was there. We started off the field trip with a safety video by Simon and Pumba from the Lion King. Afterwards we got to climb up in the firetruck, touch the equipment, and meet several firemen. One fireman even showed us his gear and how he puts it on! There were 10 kids under the age of 4 that were there with me. After our field trip ended, the Captain told our Mommys'  that we were very well behaved children. That made Mommy proud! It was a very fun day and I look forward to more field trips!

New Years - East Coast Time!

I like aiming high when it comes to basketball
Why just put one ball in?

My friend Caleb invited me over to ring in the New Year
with him and all our friends.
He is fun to hang out with and his playroom is AMAZING.
How could I say No?!

The slide is a great spot to hang out in,
especially with the older girls
I kinda have a crush on Grace...

Wow, that slide is fast!

I carried the Police car and Firetruck around
quite a bit that night.
I got a workout.

Playing with the balloons

Creating a path of destruction wherever I go

Daddy had to pull me away from the train set
to ring in the New Year

Chilling with my friends
ringing in the New Year,
East Coast time!!!
Mommy and Daddy's friends threw a New Years Eve Party, East Coast time! I got to stay up until 9pm with all my friends!!!!! It was epic. Mommy and Daddy especially loved it because they got to visit with everyone while I stayed busy playing with all the toys.

Favorite Christmas Gift!

Daddy built me a Tool Bench and Mommy
bought me a 46 piece Black and Decker Tool Set
for Christmas!!!!!

Working on a project with Daddy

Daddy liked the tool bench he built for me
so much, that he started playing by himself!

I'm a working man now...

I'm getting so good at this, I don't even have to look!

Ok, enough pictures Mommy...
I gotta focus on my building project!

Words cannot express my excitement when I opened my Christmas gifts this year. Thanks to a Pinterest repin and Mommy, Daddy decided to build me a workbench. I was overjoyed!! Here is the website if you would like to build a workbench for your boy... I promise you, he will LOVE it!
